Pamela Quinzi is a Fashion Designer born and raised in Rome, Italy.
At the young age of 14 she attended the Instituto Armando Diaz in Rome an Italian high school specializing in fashion. After earning her high school diploma, she moved to Milan to study Fashion Design with a specialty in accessories at the Instituto Marangoni. She graduated in 2005, starting her carrier in Milan. Pamela has designed extensively at the upper echelons of the fashion industry.
In the summer 2009 she came to New York City to do research, and she fell in love with the City. She moved to Manhattan and she started to work as Designer for an Accessories company learning about the American market. The energy of New York inspired Pamela to create a Fashion-Art collection of Unique handmade pieces, mini-dresses and accessories. Most important part of the collection are the shoes. One-of-a kind creations. International press calls Pamela “The New Cinderella of New York”.
May 2012 Pamela officially launched the new brand KILAME Designed by Pamela Quinzi. The label features her shoes and Couture concept of a New Modern Princess in the Fashion World. Pamela became part of the New York Fashion scene organizing events and Fashion Shows in the most exclusive locations in the City to promote her brand especially during NYFW.
Pamela won the prestigious Italian awards “Premio Raffaello” Excellence of Made in Italy as Fashion Designer and “Ponte Milvio in moda” in 2011. She it’s been featured in mayor Italians and International Magazines, websites, videos, TV along with interviews.
Pamela is Kilame’s testimonial and face of the brand. She collaborate with stylists, photographers, make up artists, hairstylists from all around the world.
